Digital Communications is a specialized service brand owned and operated by LS Technologies (Udyam: UDYAM-AP-04-0052424). We provide enterprise-grade access to the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), AI-driven CRM tools, and automated messaging infrastructure.

2. Compliance & Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Commerce Policy. Prohibited activities include:

  • Sending unsolicited messages or "spam".
  • Failing to maintain verifiable user opt-ins.
  • Transmitting illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.

3. Brand Relationship Statement

Users acknowledge that Digital Communications is a trade brand of LS Technologies. All billing, legal contracts, and service level agreements are executed under the legal entity LS Technologies, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
